the hotel is very close to the aiguille du midi cable car. i could easily walk to the town center and the montenvers train station. the balcony offered a great view of the mountains and the cable car, it was free parking. the staff were friendly and kind.
the reception closed relatively early, which slightly impacted the overall service.

the breakfast buffet featured sliced sourdough bread and banana bread. i found the scrambled eggs were nicely prepared and the coffee was fresh. there was a variety of choices.

the hotel is very close to local shops, bars, and restaurants. it is a short walk to the bus stop, giving access to geneva airport. the central location makes exploring very convenient.

great view comfortable bed powerful shower
my room had a balcony with a great view. beds were very comfortable. the shower was hot and powerful it helped after a day of skiing.

The room had a spacious balcony. I could see mont blanc so clearly. my double room mountain view had ample storage. the hotel staff was consistently helpful and very approachable.
the reception closes relatively early at 8 pm.

the staff spoke english fluently and were attentive to all requests. they provided detailed information on local attractions and transportation. their helpfulness enhanced my experience!!!
